Cancellation Policy
Buchungen können bis zu 12 Stunden vor dem Termin online storniert werden – in diesem Fall wird der Betrag automatisch gutgeschrieben. Neu: Auch innerhalb von 12 Stunden vor dem Kurs kannst du deinen Platz online freigeben („Späte Stornierung“). Dabei erfolgt keine Rückerstattung, aber dein Platz wird für andere Teilnehmer:innen wieder buchbar – danke, dass du die Community unterstützt! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bookings can be canceled online up to 12 hours before the appointment - in this case the amount will be credited automatically. New: You can also release your place online within 12 hours before the course (“late cancellation”). There will be no refund, but your place will be available again for other participants - thank you for supporting the community!
