Postnatales Reformer Pilates

Postnatal Reformer Pilates - 6-hour course

The course program targets upper body strengthening, abdominal muscle tightening, and pelvic floor exercises.

The next course will take place from May 23, 2024, to June 27, 2024, every Thursday at 10:30 AM. Price: €150 for 6 course hours.

The postnatal courses consist of 6 consecutive sessions. If someone misses a session, there is no opportunity to make it up later. Instead, participants will be provided access to an online video to review the missed content. This offers flexibility and ensures that they still have access to the information even if they cannot attend in person.

These are some of the key benefits:

  • Strengthening Muscles: The resistance provided by the springs on the reformer machine helps build and shape muscles and improve overall strength.

  • Improved Flexibility: Reformer Pilates includes range-of-motion exercises that contribute to improved flexibility and increased joint mobility.

  • Improved Posture: Emphasizing proper body alignment and core activation during reformer exercises helps develop better posture over time.

  • Increased Core Stability: Many reformer exercises target the core muscles, promoting a strong and stable core, which is critical to the body's overall stability.

  • Joint-gentle training: Reformer Pilates is gentle on the joints and is therefore suitable for people with joint problems or those who are looking for joint-gentle training.

  • Balancing the body: The reformer allows targeted exercises to address muscular imbalances to achieve a more symmetrical and balanced body shape.

  • Mind-body connection: Like traditional Pilates, reformer workouts emphasize mindfulness and promote a mind-body connection to improve awareness and control of the body.

  • Increase Blood Circulation: The dynamic movements of reformer exercises improve blood circulation throughout the body and support overall cardiovascular health.

  • Adjustable Resistance: The reformer's adjustable springs allow you to adjust the resistance, making it suitable for people with different fitness levels.

  • Variety of exercises: The reformer offers a diverse range of exercises, ensuring a varied workout that motivates and challenges. Remember that benefits may vary from person to person. It is advisable to consult a fitness expert or doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have existing health problems.

  • A recommendation for all beginners: Before you start group training on the Reformer, you should take an individual lesson to get used to the special forms of exercise - this will make Reformer Pilates an effective and relaxed workout for you right from the start!
